Bath Abbey

England > Bath

Founded in the 7th Century and restored in the 1860s with the honey tones in which Bath is known for, Bath Abbey is a place to visit whether you're a person who worships or not. The Abbey can seat up to 1200 people and welcomes everybody. Due to Bath being a tourist destination due to the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey gets its fair share of tourists - some for worship or others to appreciate and immerse themselves in this grand building with a lovely atmosphere and gorgeous interior, which contains fine fan vaulting by Robert and William Vertue.
